General terms and conditions of sale

The customer agrees that his/her order for and purchase of products from the Company shall be governed exclusively by these terms and conditions.

The customer expressly agrees that the submission of any order in accordance with the Company’s online ordering process constitutes the customer’s full and complete acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The Company shall have the right to adapt and/or modify these terms and conditions of sale at any time, but no changes shall have retrospective effect and any order shall be governed by the terms and conditions applicable at the date of order.



The products offered for sale on the website at (“Website”) are sold by Actegy Limited, a private limited liability company incorporated under the Laws of England and Wales, registered under number 04819502 and, and having its registered office at 1 Westpoint, Western Road, Bracknell, Berkshire, RG12 1HJ (“Company”). The products and their essential characteristics are as described on the Website as at the order date. Product offers are limited to a single shipment to a delivery address in the United Kingdom. The Company makes all reasonable efforts to ensure that all descriptions and graphical representations of the products correspond to the actual products, but there may be slight variations in shape, colour or size between the image and the product delivered to the customer including due to differences in computer displays and lighting conditions and such variations do not constitute product defects. Images and/or descriptions of packaging are for illustrative purposes only and the actual packaging may vary.


International customers

Please note that the Company only sells to customers in those countries listed on our deliveries page. The customer is required to identify their delivery address within one of those countries and the country selected will determine the terms and conditions of sale applicable to that transaction based on the consumer protection laws of the selected country. It is essential that the customer identifies the correct country, and the customer represents and warrants that they have done so.

We do not accept orders from, or deliver to, customers outside of these countries. Certain countries may charge import duty or fees and it is the customer’s responsibility to check and pay these fees and duties when applicable.



To order the products through the Website, customers shall comply with the following steps:

  1. select the products offered for sale on the Website and add them to the basket;
  2. when required, choose the delivery terms and delivery address;
  3. review the order summary, which is fully capable of modification or cancellation at this stage. including the total price of the order the customer is about to place; `
  4. confirm the order;
  5. choose the method of payment and proceed with the payment process;
  6. receive an order confirmation from the Company directly to the email address provided to the Company.

The order confirmation shall be stored by the customer for at least 14 days after the effective delivery of the ordered products.

Order details are shown on the confirmation of the purchase order. If the product is out of stock, the Company will mention it in the website.



Prices displayed on the Website are in GBP and include VAT, at the rate applying at the date of order.

The prices displayed on the website do NOT include the delivery costs and the cost of any accessory service to be provided with the product (for example, where the product requires training, set-up etc.), but any such additional costs will be displayed on the order summary for review by the customer before placing the order.

The Company expressly reserves the right to modify the price of any product at any time and to add, alter, or remove special offers from time to time and for any reason. Changes in price will not affect any order already placed.



The products ordered are delivered directly to the customer at the address provided as the delivery address during the ordering process.

Our delivery terms are:

Standard delivery (to the customer delivery address) is free of charge as a part of the REVITIVE/ AEROSURE bundle . Estimated delivery time is between 3 and 5 working days running from the order confirmation.

Delivery shall be deemed complete and the responsibility for the products will pass to the customer once the Company has delivered the ordered products to the delivery address.

The Company will endeavour to deliver the products ordered within the above target delivery dates, but the Company has the right to cancel the customer’s order before the products are delivered for any reason including for example because of an event outside of the Company’s control, or due to the unavailability of stock, limits on its resources for which it could not reasonably plan, or because it has identified an error in the price or description of the product. If this occurs, the Company will notify the customer and will refund the payment made for the products.



Payment must always be made at the time of order and the customer will be prompted to pay during the order process.

The accepted methods of payment are: Credit Card, Debit Card, Cheque as shown during the order process.

The Customer can choose to pay over 4 months instalments only using a Credit card or Debit card.



It is the Company’s responsibility to supply products that correspond to their description and are of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for purpose in accordance with the customer’s consumer rights. If the customer has any concerns that the Company has not met its legal obligations, please contact the Company using the contact details provided overleaf.

The Company offers a standard 2-year warranty that can be upgraded to 3 years with the purchase of a Gold or Platinum Pack for an amount of £39.99.


Right of withdrawal: deadline, exercise and effects

The customer is entitled to cancel their order, without having to give any reason, at any time from the date of order until fourteen (14) days after the date of delivery of the product(s). Actegy offers a risk-free trial option on certain products, more details are available at

To cancel your order, you must make a clear statement of your wish to cancel. That statement may be communicated to the Company by letter, fax, email. If posted or emailed, the notice takes effect when it is posted or sent.

The customer may, but is not required to, use the model cancellation form provided below. The customer may also use the online cancellation form provided by the Company on the Website and accessible here. In that case, the Company will send the customer, without delay, an acknowledgment of receipt of the online cancellation.

If the customer cancels the order, the Company will refund all payments received from the customer (minus the collection charges of £7.99*) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days following the day on which the Company was notified of the customer’s decision to withdraw or, if the customer cancels after the products have been delivered, 14 days following the day on which the customer has returned the products to the Company (or the customer provides evidence that they have sent the products back to the Company). The refund will be paid via the payment method used in the original transaction, unless the customer expressly agrees to another payment method being used. In any event, this refund shall not give rise to any extra costs for the customer.

In the event of cancellation by the customer after delivery of the products, the customer must return the product, by calling the customer service line to arrange a collection at his address, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days after notifying the Company of the customer’s decision to cancel the contract. The customer shall be deemed to have complied with this period by sending the ordered goods before the end of the 14-day period.

In the event of cancellation by the customer, the customer is liable to pay the direct costs of returning the product, unless the products are damaged or faulty in which case the Company will pay the cost of return of the products. The customer will be charged a collection fee of £7.99*.

The Company may delay payment of the refund until it has received the ordered product(s) or, if earlier, until the customer has provided proof of shipment of the product(s).

The customer is advised that, for reasons of health and hygiene, the right to cancel cannot be exercised for products AEROSURE and ULTRALIVE or any other products intended to be used in close body contact that are delivered sealed and have been opened by the customer after delivery. These products cannot be returned.

Should any dispute arising from the transaction not be resolved directly between the parties, there are a number of other governments approved and UK listed certified alternative dispute resolution service providers, including ProMediate (UK) Limited (; but the Company is not obliged to and does not agree to have its customers' complaints handled by these providers.


Language, governing law and jurisdiction

The language governing this contract and all related correspondence is English. These contractual transactions and all consequences thereof are governed by English law. The customer and the Company may each bring a legal action in the courts of the country where the customer lives.


  1. The Company will process the customer’s personal information for the purposes of fulfilling the customer’s order, managing its relationship with the customer, and for general administration, marketing, statistical and management purposes. To do this, the Company may pass the customer’s details to group companies, agents and distributors and to third parties who perform functions on the Company’s behalf, some of whom may be located outside the UK. Countries outside the UK may not offer the same level of protection for such data as the UK and the customer’s attention is specifically drawn to this.
