Returns and Refunds

We want you to be 100% happy with your Revitive product. If you purchased your device directly from Revitive and you believe your goods are faulty or damaged or want to return the product within the trial period, please contact our UK customer service team on 0800 014 6377 who will be able to help you further. If the problem can not be resolved over the phone we will arrange a collection of the product.

If you purchased your Revitive Circulation Booster from one of our national retailers - Boots, Argos, Lloydspharmacy, or Amazon, please contact them in the first instance.

If you purchased directly from Revitive you have 14 days, from the day you receive your order, during which you can change your mind – unless you have purchased a Revitive Circulation Booster with an extended trial period - in which case you have 60 days (or 90 days for the Arthritis-Knee model).

We will reimburse all payments received from you for the goods purchased excluding any outbound delivery charges (if charged). You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us unless we delivered it to you in error. Our standard collection fee is £7.99 (some areas of Scotland and other remote postcodes will incur a surcharge cost of £19.99).

  4. If you are not satisfied with the product within 90 days of purchase (or within the current trial period) you can call our UK Customer Care team on 0800 014 6377 and follow the procedure outlined in the returns form, enclosed with the order.
  5. No responsibility can be accepted for claims which are lost or delayed in the post, incomplete or illegible.
  6. If the conditions are met, we shall refund you the purchase price. The refund will be returned to the card you completed payment on within 28 days minus collection fee of £7.99 (some areas of Scotland and other remote postcodes will incur a surcharge cost of £19.99, see our delivery page for more information).
  7. You may only make a maximum of 1 claim per person.
  8. This is a consumer promotion only and is applicable to sales direct from and the Actegy Ltd call centre. Neither retailers nor wholesalers may apply.

How to return an item

  1. In order to return the goods you must first obtain an RMA number from our Customer Service team on 0800 014 6377.
  2. Complete the returns form included in the original box.
  3. We will arrange for a courier to pick up the device at on a convenient day for you
    (Monday-Friday 8.30–18.00)
  4. Pack the device back into its original box. If the device is returned without its original packaging further charges may apply. You should include the device and all accessories and manuals. Unless you are returning a faulty product you should return the product in perfect working order. If you have used the device, please ensure you have wiped it clean.
  5. On the address label add the RMA number and address: Actegy Ltd. 1 West Point, Western Road, Bracknell, Berkshire, RG121HJ
