Study summary

Study Population
The analysis included all 20,594 users registered on the Revitive App during the study period, across multiple countries including the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Belgium, Australia and New Zealand, with no exclusions for age, health status, or symptom profile, ensuring a representative real-world sample.

Data Collection
Participants completed fortnightly self-assessments within a 3-day window at Weeks 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10. Although direct measures of therapy adherence (e.g., number of sessions, rocking duration) were not collected, the requirement to create a therapy plan and complete regular self-assessments ensured consistent tracking of symptom progression.

Outcomes
At each check-in, participants reported their key symptom (the most bothersome) and rated both its pain intensity and impact on daily life on a scale from 0 (none) to 10 (severe). Ten symptom categories were assessed:

Cramps in legs
Painful legs and feet
Knee pain or stiffness
Leg pain or discomfort when walking
Feeling of swollen feet and ankles
Symptoms associated with varicose veins
Tingling in the feet
Poor leg circulation
Tired aching legs and feet
Weak leg muscles

Changes in quality of life (‘impact’) and pain intensity were tracked to monitor the changes over time.
