Revitive Upgrade & Save Terms & Conditions.

Valid for purchases made between 27th October 2025, and 18th November 2025. 

Instructions on how to return the Revitive device forms part of these terms and conditions. Participation in the Revitive Upgrade & Save Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. The “Promoter” is Actegy Pty Ltd, ABN 90 096 889 664, P.O. Box 5157, Maroochydore BC, QLD 4558. 

1. For the purpose of these terms and conditions:
   • “Purchase” means that full payment is made for the Participating Product during the Promotional Period. 
   • “Participating Product" means a brand new Revitive Medic Circulation Booster, Revitive Medic Coach Circulation Booster or Revitive Medic Coach Circulation Booster Deluxe Bundle only. This promotion is not valid with any refurbished product, Revitive ProRelief Circulation Booster, Revitive Ultrasound or Aerosure. 
   • “Promotion Period” 27/10/2025 to 18/11/2025. Purchases of participating products made outside of the promotion period are not eligible to participate in the promotion. 
   • “Old Device” means any model Revitive Circulation Booster, that was manufactured and sold by Actegy Pty Ltd or as the promoter was previously known ‘High Tech Health’. Any other brand of foot-plate devices will not be accepted. 
2. This promotion is ONLY valid for purchases of participating products made through revitive.com/au or directly over the phone with Actegy during the promotion period. This promotion is NOT available for purchases made through electrical retailers, pharmacies, or third-party websites (including, but not limited to, eBay, Kogan, and Amazon). This offer is not redeemable in-store.  
3. This promotion is limited to a maximum of one return and refund per participating product purchased e.g. purchase one participating product and return one device for $200 cash back. Customers cannot purchase one participating product and return two or more devices to multiply the cash back amount; customers will receive a maximum of $200 cash back per participating product purchased. 
4. Customers that participate in this Revitive Upgrade & Save promotion are NOT eligible for the Promoter's 60-day money-back trial. By participating in this promotion, you forfeit the right to return the new device for a refund under the 60-day money-back trial.   
5. By returning the device, the original owner permanently relinquishes it. The returned Circulation Booster is irrevocably forfeited and may be destroyed. It is understood that the device will not be returned and cannot be requested back. 
6. The Promotion may be closed at the Promoter's absolute discretion at any time and without notice. 
7. To return the device, eligible customers must fill out the required form to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation Number) and postage paid label from Actegy Pty Ltd. When completing the form customers must supply their order number from the purchase of the new participating product. The Promoter will reject any forms that have not been filled out correctly or in full. The Promoter will not accept returns of any devices without a valid RMA number. The customer must return their old device within 30 days of purchase. Failure to return the device within this time will result in forfeiture of the $200 cash back.  
8. Refunds will be processed via Electronic Funds Transfer to the original payment method. Refunds are processed once the Promoter receives: 
   • The customer’s eligible old device. 
   • the Actegy RMA number. Actegy cannot process refunds for items that have not been returned. 
9. Refunds will be issued within 30 business days (approximately 6 weeks) of the old device being received and processed by the Promoter. Payments are processed twice monthly via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). 
10. All claims are subject to verification by the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right at any time to verify the validity of claims (including a customer's identity, and place of residence, purchase receipt and serial number) and disqualify any claim that does not comply with these terms and conditions. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. 
11. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any customer; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate. 
12. Actegy Pty Ltd collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. All personal details are kept in accordance with the Actegy Pty Ltd Privacy Policy at www.revitive.com/au/privacy-policy. 
13. Actegy Pty Ltd bears no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, incorrectly submitted, delayed or illegible claims or correspondence due to error, omission, tampering, theft, destruction or otherwise, or for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information whether provided by a customer or otherwise.
