Extended Warranty

Get an extra year of protection for your Revitive device.

If your device is still covered by its current warranty, you can extend the coverage by an additional year. Simply purchase a warranty extension online. If you have any questions about your warranty status, our Customer Service team will be happy to help.

Please note:

To purchase an extended warranty, your device must be registered with Revitive. If you purchased your device directly from Revitive, we already have your device and contact information. However, if you purchased your device from a third-party retailer, you must first register it with Revitive so we can record your device and contact information. If you haven't yet registered your device, you can do so here: https://www.revitive.com/ca/warranty

Each customer can purchase one warranty extension for each eligible device. This extends the warranty coverage by one additional year beyond the original warranty period.

The extended warranty is only available for newly purchased Revitive devices. Extended warranties cannot be purchased for refurbished devices.
